FAQ At Lakes Limousines, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. Q. Are the chauffeurs qualified and do they have WWC accreditation
A. Lakes uniformed experienced chauffeurs have an F endorsment on their licences and WWC accreditation.
Q. Is a deposit required to secure a booking?
A. When you pay deposit you receive confirmation. This way you know it is locked in
Q. If plans change from time of quoting what should you do?
A. Should your booking details need some changes contact us asap. We will work with you to modify booking.
Q. When would I have to pay balance of payment.
A. You will receive an invoice approx 1 week prior to booking. You can pay EFT at least 2 working days before date or in a lot of cases, school balls etc balance cash at pick up. Your option will be on invoice and you just need to advise us of your preference.

Q. Will the limo have glasses & ice inside?
A. There is always 10 glasses in bar. We can have ice in bar and do on most occasions. The are a very few exceptions ( early morning airport transfers, school balls, ) From the booking type we know to supply ice.
Q. Can I book for just 15 min or short journey.
A. Yes but bear in mind the limo still has to be cleaned and driven to your pick up and driven back to base. Your price will not be 25% of hourly rate.
INSURANCE Q Are all limousines & SCV's insured? A It is a requirement that all licenced SCVs carry Public Liability insurance. While there is always some operators that will break the law in general unlike Uber vehicles the all have correct drivers licences and insurance.
At Lakes Limousines we Have F Class endorsed chauffeurs, WWC permits and you and your belongings are fully insured .
